Loving it at Looe

Once a year we go to Looe to sing in support of that fantastic organisation, the RNLI. We just love singing in the new Lifeboat Station, great acoustic, wonderful people, and an appreciative audience of both holidaymakers and locals.

This year is no exception, so on Tuesday 27th August, anticipating a great evening, we gathered in East Looe.

Our guest for the evening was the lovely Samantha Rowe, who on a break from her degree course in Kent, had joined us along with her younger sister, to delight us with both their vocal skills, and expertise on her flute and piccolo.

Many thanks to Marcus, Mel and John...out front, and all at RNLI Looe. We have since been notified that over £360 was raised in the collection for this great cause, so a big cheer for that!

Afterwards we crossed the river to the Harbour Moon Inn to enjoy our 'Afterglow', a fitting end to a most enjoyable evening. Many thanks to Landlady Karen and the staff for looking after us, we hope you enjoyed it too!
